Just to let you know, I called your business out of the phone book. You were the first person to answer, instead of an answering machine. When I called, my power was off to the house, and I was calling from my mobile phone. We had line trouble and were disconnected. Your person was able to get my mobile number and call me back.

For 7 Christmas seasons we have opened our garden railroad display to the public. On Fri. Dec 12 as we were turning things on-our main circuit breaker quit. Tons of people on the street- lots of questions- and Larry Hatch appeared- with everything he needed to fix the situation.
It helped the Christmas adventures of lots of families. Typically we have over 3000 people show up over the nine evenings we are open.
We told the story several times and we are very pleased Larry made it possible to continue.
